On a personal recommendation we employed Paul Brotherton (Drawing by Design) to draw up plans for submission to the Building Regulations Department for conversion of our garage to domestic accommodation.

We were very pleased with his thoroughness and attention to detail in his drawings with which we obtained permission for the work to go ahead. 

We were also very pleased with the speed with which he applied for and obtained the said permission.
