Paul Brotherton has been of valued assistance in obtaining planning permission for an extension to our home, he helped us put in our detailed requests to the planning authority for our ideal extension to our home.

Unfortunately this was initially declined by the council due to objections to the height, this has now been over come with the new design submitted by Paul, and our planning / building consent has been given.
