Ground Floor Extension

This shows how a little imagination can reap dividends!

Previous owners of this property decided to erect a conservatory in the wasted ‘L’ shaped vacant space at the rear.

Great in summer but a total ‘no go’s when the temperature drops from October onwards!

What to do?

Discussions with local planning officers confirmed that a formal extension of the building would be permitted (the roof tiles were the nearest available at the time but will mellow with age!).

My client is so pleased with this extension that another shower/bathroom proposal is now under way so watch this space!
